I can't wait to see you

This wedding was in one of my favorite locations, the Bess in Saskatoon. Amber & Dustin like so many other couples last year had to completely change their wedding plans. They were planning a gorgeous destination wedding, however as well know plans were forced to change for so many. Amber and Dustin still choose to say I do, right here at home. I met with amber before the ceremony and she had a first look with both her mom, stepdad and father before the ceremony. Her dress looked absolutely gorgeous on her. Her bird cage veil was a perfect choice to complement her dress.

We took a few photos of just her around the Bess before the ceremony kicked off. They got married on the Terrance. Its one of my favorite spots as you get a beautiful tree line and the river behind you. You feel like a princess when you walk down the isle. Dustin lit up when he saw amber step out onto the terrace. There ceremony was short, sweet and from the heart. You bet there were tears as Dustin's handcrafted vows made amber happy cry, and of course if you know me I was tearing up in the corner too.

Afterwards we walked the riverbanks near the Delta, capturing some really fun and natural photos of just the two of them. The ivy wall and walking paths are some of my favorite places. It's really easy to make it feel like you have left the city and adventured into a natural grassland. And of course we took a few inside the hotel, that classic spiral stair case is a prefect location for wedding photos.
